Taken at the Cancer Research UK Race for Life event, Sutton Coldfield 2008.

For those who don't know, it's a women only, 5km run/jog/walk to raise money for the UK's largest cancer charity.

I went along to cheer on my mom, sisters and nieces ... as well as the thousands of other runners who braved the ever-changing weather conditions!

Arrived home from work today to find this! The truck had sped off the road, destroyed 2 cars and ended up just a couple of feet short of my neighbour's living room! Amazingly, nobody was hurt. 20 minutes earlier and the streets would have been filled with kids walking home from the local school.

Took a load of pics, more to come when i have the energy to sort 'em.

It's been a while and...

I'm beginning to worry that my indecisiveness could be reducing the number or parallel universes in which I exist! =)

Getting serious!

My wallet is still smouldering and it made my bank manager weep, but i finally gave in to my urges and picked up this fantastic piece of kit! I'm currently grinning like an idiot, running around shooting everything that i see lol. Getting some very strange looks off my neighbours :)
